     Personal attacks are prohibited.
Personal attacks are comments that personally berate or insult another person. Posts of this nature are not beneficial to the community, nor will they be tolerated. If you have something to say to one or more members that you think may cause controversy, please contact them via Private Message (PM) and remember to be respectful.

   Redundant threads will be removed.
As a courtesy to others before beginning a new thread, please look to see if an active thread on that topic has already been posted. If so, place your comments there instead. If the thread is more than a year old, please start a new one.

All posts must be posted in their appropriate sections.

  Language and profanity.
Please refrain from using profanity. Profanity decreases the credibility of the thread, and decreases the credibility of your post. We did not censor the words as censoring them may cause some software additions to function incorrectly. If you really feel the need to use profanity, please use partial masking with an asterisk (*) to cover letters in the word.

Please refrain from asking for someone else to look up a vin# for you on carfax. Carfax is a paid service, so please visit them. We ask to keep all carfax requisitions off the forums.

  Reserve the right.
Maxbimmer reserves the right to keep, hold, or remove any posts or threads when need be. Members are not permitted to request removal of any threads or posts, unless any of the above rules are broken. We will use our best judgement when removing a post or thread. Maxbimmer also reserves the right to remove or ban any account at any given time if one does not abide by the rules. Maxbimmer is not held responsible and shall not be held accountable for anyone’s actions on the site.  As a public message board, there are many personal opinions, and experiences that one may not agree with, but one also has a right to share.
