Slightly bent lip = problem?

I bought a set of used rims and just got them a couple of days ago. I noticed that the lip on a couple of them is slightly bent (maybe pushed in 1mm). It looks cosmetic, but I figured I'd ask the pros here if it is something that will cause problems like an unbalanced tire, or will prevent the tire from sealing against the rim properly?

1mm is nothing it will seal fine.

Worst case it takes more weights to balance the wheel. You might have a slight vibration but thats it.
