BFG Rival
Dunlop Z2
Bridgestone RE-11A
Yokohama AD08R

Unless you drove them back to back you'd never know the difference. All top tier street/track tires.

The place to look is the latest SCCA Nationals. These guys are the best drivers and they buy a set of each of the tires available for their class and test them. BFG Rival, Dunlop ZII and Hankook RS3 were the tires of choice at the SCCA Nationals for street tire classes this year. The rest aren't competitive. Oddly though the winner of STX was on Toyos but my friend who is a top driver told me that their testing showed it's crap... His feedback was that the Rival and ZII are great tires but the Hankook was consistently faster but didn't have good feel. So he said for an average driver he'd go with Rival or ZII but a sensitive driver could get a smidge more out of the Hankook.

+1

My Z1s are awesome-- I have your motor in my e30 and these in 205 handle the power perfectly. I also enjoyed my RS2s. The next evolutions of these two are supposed to be even better.
