Abandoned bmw Dealer ship

Today i saw an old bmw dealership that seemed to be abandoned( no bmw sign, grafiti in the back and torn up seats in the back aswell).. However there were two cars inside- what looked like to be a e28 535i and a 635CSI both in mint condition. It is located on ninth line and Royal windsor. does any one have more information about this? here are some pics

thanks. srry again, im new to the site so i wouldnt know that there was a thread like this before and i didnt relly think about going througn a 100 pages to see if there was. but atleast i got more pics
