Winter Storage
Alright, who's stored for the winter?
I went and cleaned a spot in the garage today, just need to get the car detailed and it should be sleeping by Tuesday...

Not me, the salt that was spread around here earlier this week has washed away. I took my car out for a spin today, although now the rear seats are back in again. I plan to drive my car until the salters come out again, or until it's so cold that my car doesn't start (below -5º or so, due to the lightweight battery)

Not yet. I'll probably drive a bit this week. Forecast is calling for double digit highs.
I've had the beater all week. Hate it.

Here on the rainy west coast I drive my M3 year round. There are usually a couple of snowy days where she stays parked in the driveway though.

Same here, looks like it's going to be a winter like last year.. so I'm aiming for the first week of January when we get snow..

It's not that bad! I'd say it's a little too cold for performance tires and waxing outside but no snow or salt works for me.

re winter storage
Just took the car to European for the trunk fix , after that she goes to sleep for a few months , dam right too cold for summer performance tyres not to mention the liquid calcium chloride they are spraying on the roads.

Just had mine oil sprayed on Thursday and parked her for the season. She's out until May.
