Gorgeous place. I was there early September as part of my Mediterranean cruise. I'd certainly go back.

indeed.

We were on the Emerald Princess, Sept 2nd to 14th, stopping in Santorini Sept 7th. We took a full day island tour, seeing Kamari, Oia and Fira. We checked out the island's highest peak, a vineyard and a couple cathedrals in between towns. What a wonderful place.

Whadupp's first picture is definately from Oia.

we were there right around the same time.. we sailed sept. 2 out of venice...i can't remember the exact day we were in santorini though..

the trip to the top of that peak was fun...the wife didn't like it too much though ...

we did a ton of those day excursions as well...the ship we were on was a luxury ship, so the average age was like 55+ i think there were only like 4 other people in their 20's haha

we sailed from Civitavecchia (Rome), through Monaco, some Italian and Greek ports, one Turkish port and ended up docked overnight in Venice. yea, there were a bunch of old people on our cruise as well. that's what you get when you take an expensive 12 day cruise. I'm sure if we took a 6 or 7 day, there would be more youth. we were on our honeymoon, so we didn't care. we bumped into a guy i know from a while back and his wife, and ended up spending some time with them. yea, we took day trips at every port. my wife wanted to kill me into the second week for make her wake up at 6 or 7 every morning to go on the next tour. I warned her ahead of time...we only have one day in each port so we have to take advantage of it. She loved it overall anyway.

what was the name of your cruise ship?

Yes, the first one is from Oia. Beautiful sunsets

I was staying in FiraStefani for a week. It was wonderful being there. The pool pic is where I was staying and we had a really nice apartment suite.

We also went to Mykonos as well along with Delos, Paros, Naxos, Aegina, Angistri.
I'll post some more pics tonight.

I was in the Mediterrenean from July 25 to end of August so when I left you guys got there. Man I really miss the nice cool breeze on the cliff.

^ Sounds like you had an amazing time. Ya, we went to Mykonos too, but since we were on a cruise, we only had like 10 hours to enjoy it. Corfu is another gorgeous island we visited. Its in Greece's north east, a lot greener than the former two islands.

My wife and I will have to go back some day to enjoy these islands the way you did
