My e30 is done for the year, its just sitting on my driveway since last week...I'm still looking for somwhere to put it, thats cool and dry and safe in the winter. I would like to keep it @ home so i can tinker with it over the winter but I dont think thats possible. My mom wants our garage/tent thingy for the winter so she doesn't have to brush off her car when it snows in the morning. Beater mode is in full effect

My E46 vert and my 93 K75S are tucked away and the 91 318is is out for the winter months. The e30 is in such good shape that I feel guilty driving it in the snow - it was the baby till I got the convertible - now its the bitch. The semi-annual shuffle of the cars is wearing me down - living in the beach I don't have any parking, never mind convenient winter storage. I'm seriously thinking about trading the toys in (except maybe the bike ) on something a bit more "practical" that I could drive all year - say a 6 speed 2003 540 or a 530 xi. I also like the idea of a Mini Cooper S Works edition but it may not be the best in winter... I'm getting old.

The Z3 is in the underground for the winter (unless I sell it). The cover goes on tonight, as I washed it yesterday and want to let the top dry fully.
Got the winters on the E60 yesterday - didn't even know they were calling for snow tonight. Maybe I timed it really well for a change.
The (newly acquired) MB SL500 will get put away within a week or so, once I get all the import paperwork/inspection completed. The hardtop and it's newness to me may extend its' season a bit.
