Failed emissions need a place to pass !!

We guys as you can see my car failed emissions but only in the one area because I am OBD1 and high flow cats for sure dont help. So is there a place out there that will redyno and pass me. Meaning putting me in a hot rod category that has a bit more le way for NO's seeing I am motor swapped.

Maybe try swapping those hiflo cats to your stock one? That's what I am going to do.
