Another Ticket question

So today my court notice came in the mail and my name is completely mispelled. Will this hold up in court or do they overlook these small technicalities now........??

It's all overlooked now.

you have to fight the ticket based on your version of what happened. file for disclosure of the cop's notes. spelling errors here and there don't count anymore.

Unless the error is in your license plate they don't care about spelling errors
