Choosing winter tires

I am looking for some winters to get me through just the next couple of months. I have a 2000 323ci and am looking at two different size choices, both are used and come on stealies. I have done a tire size comparison to see if they will make a difference in my car's height as I have my car lowered.

Any suggestions to which one I should get, Tire 1 or Tire 2? From what I can tell there is not much difference in diameter therefore not much difference in car height? Does that sound right?

Stock BMW Tire - 205/55R16
Overall Diameter: 24.87 in

Current Summer Tire - 235/35R19
Overall Diameter: 25.47 in

Tire 1 - 205/50R17
Overall Diameter: 25.07 in

Tire 2 - 205/65R15
Overall Diameter: 25.49 in

I'll keep the answer short: You're right.

I'd get the 15's just because replacement tires are half the price.
