Brakes

I'm getting a strange rubbing sound coming from my rear drivers wheel. It kinda sounds like metal rubbing on metal. Now I got my brakes check out and they said the breaks are fine, but there is rust all over the place. They said that might be the cause of the nose. The put some wd40 or something similar and it stoped the noise for half for the day, but then it came back.

So i'm guessing it might just be the rust build up. What's the best way to go about cleaning them.

I'm eventually replace the whole break system with some quality stuff, but I don't want to do that right now so I would rather clean it if that's all it takes.
