Question when are you putting on your winter tires?

I just checked the long term 14 day Toronto forecast, next week's avg high is 8 degrees... when are you putting on your winter tires?

I like to live on the edge, I'll wait till the first week of December, my winter wheels, my car & my shop is all within 1km, so it's no problem for me.

It'll be awhile for me.. I just bough some UHP tires and want to use them before snow hits.. Actually 1st week of December, the car goes away.

I'm waiting as long as I can. I still have 1.5 mm on my all season tread. It should last me for another month easily. As soon as there is snow in the forecast, I'll put the snows on. Hopefully that won't happen until December.

winters perform best under 7 degrees. its still too warm for them. your all seasons or whatever you use now, grip better at these temps.
