Forced to Move out soon, anyone need a roommate?

It's about that time in my life that I finally leave the nest. My father bought a new house with his gf and basically I am not allowed to come along with him.
Our current house will probably sell around the spring time since we still need to do some work, but I'm going to need somewhere to go, and I just can't afford to live on my own because it'll cost way too much. I was wondering if anyone else is either going to move out as well, or already is and needs some relief from the rent payments.
This isn't anything immediate, but if the price is right I can probably make an exception and leave earlier (i do wanna try and milk living at home for as long as I can though !! =)

PM if you have something available, 'cause i think it'd be cool to live with another bimmer owner.

(yes i bring girls over all the time =)

my grandparents rent the top and basement of there house. it's at weston/401 close to bimmermafia. there dying to get rid of one of there tenants pm me for more details if you want

DJ what area are you looking in? and do you have furnature tv's ect?

I'm gonna be looking for a place on the west end, 2 bedroom this spring. I'm gonna bring my furnature ($6000 home theatre ect.) but i'm a very picky person things have to keep clean! No live in girlfriends, kick em out at 4 am when your done with em. Let me know

I'm looking to live anywhere but scarborough lol

I work out in the west end so anywhere in that area would be awsome.
I think the only furnature i'd be bringing would be a bed, and maybe a desk for my computer and turntable setup.
As for tech, i'd be bringing a couple things from my studio, a tv w/ dvd, satellite system, and 3 computers.

im lookin to move out by mid-sumer when i can save a bit more $ and not have to worry about being in debt.. hmmm
woodbridge is way to expensive to stay in for just me, im looking richmond-hill or somewhere close
