Really want an M-Tech car but I need to get an auto. Want my wife to be able to enjoy the car as well, and although she says she will try to learn how to drive stick, don't see it happening. Will just wait it out until the right one comes along.

Let me know if you want details on the car in question, although you could find it easily on kijiji or craigslsit, only 2002 m-tech 6spd.

You should get the car in standard, cause you regret it later, have your wife learn how to drive standard, she will never want an auto again. unless its a minivan (just my openion). a car with M tech should be standard plus its much cheaper to fix a standard transmission rather then auto. as for the car it self before you buy it take it to the dealer and have them run a diagnosis report, it will tell you all the things that need to be repaired, these cars are bullet proof but hey have many sensor that go on them such as the MAF, O2 etc..
