remove the arm with flywheel puller providing its rusted and you cant pull up with out risking breakage  (canadiantire) find a welder that is very good at filling

LOL yep its fused on there! i figure a air hammer on the wiper arm might do it too?
but it won't be me.. can't do body work for shit!
if i went mono-wiper - i could take that busted/rusted side apart,
do a quick sand & paint to stop the rust (on the top side)

Mine is a 95 318i and I was able to do it ... hmm ... now im looking for the highbeam relay so I can try the highbeam DRL swap trick
