car wont start..probably loose wire, look inside

i was installing the cover (pleather one) underneath steering wheel and i have a couple of wires hanging ..car started fine and everytime before... im guessin when i was puttin on the cover maybe i clipped a wire and pulled it out of place...
Just wondering if anyone has any specifics on where to look
when i turn ignition there is no CLICK, no nothing....
