Check out my investment Condo

I own a few units now, this is probably the best website yet for a condo this year...I always like Camrost Felcorp pricing and quality..its not the best but it is very tasteful.

Not meaning to rag your thread, but one usually doesn't brag about one's investment portfolio..... tact. Good luck though.
The stock market is my thing. Its less labour intensive.

just looks like another cookie-cutter condo... what's the price per sq foot?

The market is due for a correction soon, sales down 10% from last year, speculators will be hurting

Correction???..the doomsayers been saying that for a whole year,2008 sales are better than 2006 but slower than 2007 which was record breaking year.Medium prices are up %6 on condos.Of course a market cannot break records every year there will be leveling of sales,if its done slowly markets will stay healthy.I havent seen ONE project being canceled because of the slowing markets in the GTA,in facts building permits are up this quarter.

lol @ stalin and his doomsday.... It's true, the condo boom shows no sign of slowing down and sales are beating records still.

What will happen to the value of condos 20 years from now, is a different story though.

That Parklawn area is really hot these days. I know many people moving into that neighborhood. They love it because it's close to the QEW, not too far from the 427, High Park, not too far from downtown and you're close to the water. The downside (which is likely an upside for you) is that I can see many of these units turning into rental properties, if they're not already.
