Don't you love that conversion? Doesn't it feel food knowing your dollar is worth more than the americans?

Haha, nice call on the SPT's. I just got some new test results, it is by far the best value in the UHP category. Basically ranks at 90% or above of the best performers (PS2, PZero, KDW, RE050, etc), yet costs less than half of the price of some of them.
General Exclaim UHP's are also great tires. A little noisy and the sidewall leans a bit more towards the comfort side of the equation, but overall an excellent tire (regardless of price). I think the SPT is overall a better choice though (it does everything a little bit better).

I just ordered four Bridgestone Blizzak WS-50 (225-55-16) from Tire Rack.
They were on sale for $90 EACH! (Close out sale as the WS-60 are comming in)
The total price with GST, PST, Duty, shipping, and brokerage is $542, or $138 per tire delivered to my door. PLUS, with the dollar at 1.03, take off ~$16.
tiretrends.com wants $138 per tire, and with shipping and tax = $681. (Saving $155!!!)
Tire Rack really makes it easy to business with them!

Mine will be here soon Ordered them the 17th at 4pm, they were shipping them from Delaware, and at 6:18pm on the 18th(last night) they were in Lachine Quebec..out they go again, maybe I'll have them when I get home
Thanks for the recommendation Jay! I'm sure I'll be happy with them Khumo is a well known brand, and for 4 tires under $600 I'm not complaining! It's still cheaper then the "cheap stuff" here, Like Wanli's $6xx for 4.

You should be more than satisfied. These have been my bargain tire recommendation for years now, in fact I put a set on my mom's E46 3 summers ago (and they're not even half worn yet). Great tires, just bump up the pressure a bit for aggressive driving (like 36-40psi).

TireRack's new Canadian shipping is PERFECT! No need to even shop elsewhere for wheels/tires now. I'm so glad they now display your final purchase price before ordering. No surprise UPS buttsecks.

Well I ordered my tires the 16th and got them today 22nd, so 5 business days. UPS delivered them and no bill to pay as everything was taking care of on Tireracks part. So if you order them Monday then you should have them by friday.

That's sick. Since the brokerage is taken care of, no more surprises.

My order is complete, went great. Used the Bimemrforums link to support Jim@Tirerack (I admire his forum support, may as well help him out) and ordered 205/55/16 Continental ContiExtremeContacts for winter. Placed the order Friday afternoon, got a phone call from Jim personally Saturday morning to confirm that I actually had the rare 16" M3-friendly rims, tires shipped out Monday, got home from work Friday and they were waiting at my door.
I'll be doing that again for sure.
