Any pics of the different xenon temps??

I heard that BMW uses 4300k bulbs in their xenon systems.
The color and light out put is great! But from websites the 4300k is almost white.
The closest bulb that I found to match the color from BMW xenon systems is the 6oook.

So post pictures of your car with 4300k, 6000k. Also 5,000k because it is in between and I would like to see how that compares to the other two.

I understand that 4300 has a better light out put but is 6000 noticably dimmer?

I'll try to dig up some pictures later, but looking at the difference b/w 4000k and 6000k in terms of BRIGHTNESS, is hard to compare from pictures.

The best way to experience it in person, though that's hard to b/c you got to find people who have them first

yah its old skool though.. 1 1/2 years old... it was july of 01, one of the first M3's on the road...and that's some broad who lives on my street..

This is how I would decide. The areas you usually drive around, are they well lit areas or not? Do you drive really fast in the dark or plan to?
If you often drive around in well lit areas, you don't drive too often in unlit areas and you want to have the really cool purple look, go for 6000k.

If you really care about funtionality then go for the 4300k. I'm not sure about the 5000ks, b/c I've never seen pics of it before.

If I had a choice considering the driving I do, I'd choose either the 4300 or 5000k

This is what i dont understand about people who are interested in xenon headlights, why do you wonder if the 6000k is less bright than the 4000k?? The 6000k has more color than the 4000k but it is still much brighter than regular halogen bulbs, so what difference does it make if it isnt brighter than 4000k? Both are still way too bright and blind on comming traffic......
