Well, I own 1 BMW, the ownership is in my mom's name and the insurance is in my dad's till i'm 25, then I'll swap it over to myself. I like paying less insurance compared to it being all in my own name. (It's pretty sad, I pay more insurance for my truck in my name then for my car in my mom's name)
My my parents also own 1 BMW, which my mom mostly drives, and I take for joyrides in the winter.
I love opening the garage and seeing two BMW's parked there.

You have your dad's car for spare parts.
If we ever see your car with a white body panel we'll know where it came from.

i currently own 2 e36's right now, paid for with my own sweat and blood, but registered under my father's name for insurance reasons.
I want my dad to buy a bimmer, but he's corrupted by GM and will only buy GM cars/trucks.
p.s. i wonder who voted for "Waitin for my G1... hopefully will have one" heheheheh
