Jus wanna make sure that everyone is on par here.
The reason it loos like that is because those are spy shots. When a manufacturer takes a concept car on public road for first time, its not to show the public but to test the vehicles limits to see what else must be changed and/or to see if the vehicle should even make it to production. So the manufacturer cover the headlights/tailights and some other skins of automobile so the competition won't try to come up with something similar, for example how chinese branded vehicles have poor taste or a replica copies of other vehicles from other brands (with there own little tweaks).
In my opinion it looks like it will compete with a saab, opel, renault or maybe the subaru wrx (lol).
