Should I????

I dont know how to make a poll, but just post yes or no should i go ahead and do a plastic bumper swap on my Zinno 88' 325iS? I sorta want to but i sorta don't because the bumpers don't look so bad on a 88. I have the front and rear bumpers (just missing a rebar for the front) and plan on buying shocks, bracketry bolts etc new. The bumpers will get be painted body color and sidemarkers deleted. Your kind imput will hopefully lean me or scare me into the final decsion.

Say no to diving boards.

Especially being an 88. Mine would have been gone long ago if I had an 88.

If you have an 88 most likely you have the short version of the diving boards
I would keep them on, they do look classic.I like them.

Given the long term problems with bumper kits I would have to say keep the boards if they are in good shape. Safety first! LOL

Most cars with chrome bumpers are in the junk yard... be proud you have a old car thats still kickin' strong.

push in the diving boards and you'll save $ for down the road when your e30 really starts to hate you!

Well, after thinking about it this weekend as well as decding what is going to be done to my car over the winter im going to skip on the swap for now. I may just paint them for the time being. Im still looking for some 318iS shadowline though.

Leave them Chrome polish them to make them look new and also get some new bumper strips.
