I am not sure...Damon has a posh accent and the guy on the vid seems shorter. Also i have seen a pic of the stig from his back and he had platinum painted hair! Besides i am not so sure if Top Gear could pay Damon Hill and get him to keep the helmet on! The price would be huuuuge!

the guy in the stig's outfit is actually richard hammond posing as the stig.
the black stig was Perry McCarthy. he wrote a book on being the stig.
the new stig....the white stig, rumored to be damon hill is still unknown. damon did a lap in the suzuki liana and was slower the the stig's time. also, all the race car drivers that have done laps on the track have ran different lines in a lot of the corners.
