it happened once last week as i was leaving the movies...then twice 2 days ago as i was leaving work..i guess its not that serious..

It happens if you over rev your car or leave it in manual mode to long

hmm thats weird coz i barely ever rev the car...and the manual mode? hmm i think i've never used it!
