how does it work?

does it cycle through all the letters, then numbers?

like AAAA 001, AAAA 002, up to 999......AAAB 001, AAAB 002, up to 999

Pretty much...

But because there are so many offices around the WHOLE province, some offices may have BBGH 020 through BBGH 945. Then they get another batch, but have BHJK 856 through BHJL 543.

It all depends what they get in every office.

it isnt the plates that makes it hard for you to blend in, its because you're a jew in an audi...you're supposed to be in a bmw or benz...didnt anyone ever give you the "how to be a jew" handbook?
