Personally, I'm more partial to shops who don't remove door panels. Removing them just loosens them up and is prone to rattling at a shorter time during the life of your car.

Just as an FYI, Jeff at Audio Haven says that they don't remove door panels.

First off, removing panels (if done properly) should NEVER cause rattles. Doors are designed to be opened. (No pun intended)

Also, if they arent removed, how can the cut line be proper and how can it not start to roll or bubble. It just seems primitive to not do it.

um...my friend went to Audio Haven for tint and they removed the door panels for him

i had my tint done at audio heaven. they charged me 149 plus tax and it came to 177 i think for a 2 door. No problems at all.


TINT KING SUCKS i had a van done there and bubbles like no tmr. i also tried to get my alarm done by them and they took them forever. They never had someone at the shop to do it.
