i will have some pics by this weekend for anyone interested
The hitch is bolted at 2 points, behind the bumper and under the spare well.
The tag reads 150lbs tongue weight and 1500lbs total. Sorry if I gave you wrong numbers before.

yes, it is on my '89 IX that has plastics. I will have photos in a couple hours.

I know you guys are itching for a hitch, but my fuel pump went today so until I get that fixed, I have to wait. Hopefully will be replaced tonight. Any tips on replacing? eg. empty the tank, replace filter, replace lines?

Hey, I finally got pics of my hitch, a bit rusty but its a hitch.
No time to clean it up as my o-ring on my FPR decided to fail on the way to work today..........
