He's booked until Mid July but his father (used to run the shop before) will work on my car after the long weekend (they're both away Friday-Monday).
Other two/three mechanics known on this board are too far from Kitchener..

Sad but true, there is a shortage of good BMW mechanics in KW

This guy is good, it's just that he very busy..for smaller things he fits me in same day but this is a bigger job.
PS. Did that friend of yours ever go back to that VW dealer?

How far is Bimmersport from Kitchener anyways? I'm coming from like Pickering basically, still worth it (by far).
Hell I'd go to Niagara for Bimmersport.

To be honest I'm not 100% sure where bimmersport is..?
Kitchener to Mississauga is about 45min and Kitchener to Toronto about an hour.

Just bring your car to bimmersport or the KW BMW Dealership. Obviously if you don't know what's wrong, you're not going to be the one fixing it. So it's pointless to be pinpointing the problem on here with such vague details.

It was CCV, just got the call..so it's better than I though I guess, then again I wanted "new" engine

Yup she did, ended kinda funny, dealer gave her the run around on a grand scale, denied everything (even the invoice). Her TDI was "missing" the under carriage guard (important for diesels in winter) they admitted to throwing it out and offered to sell her another WITHOUT any discount, the whole ordeal was a nightmare.
