Hmm....

1010tires.com doesn't list the RK as one they have, (only the RC for some reason), but they do call BBS a supplier.

I've never dealt with them before, so I'm not sure what they're like as a dealer.

They don't list the OZ Superleggera's as being available in 17x8, 5x120 40mm offset. I wonder why that is?

Best price I think you'll find on a set of 4 BBS RKs including shipping and tax is about $2000 CDN.

Doubtful anybody could beat that kinda price. I paid about $2400 when I bought my first set from Tirerack, and that's including shipping, taxes and duties.

Well, two and a half months later I'm still torn between the OZ Superlegerras and the BBS RK's.

The OZ's are like $1740 shipped/taxed and the BBS's are like $2015 shipped/taxed.

The OZ's are 15.9lbs each and the BBS's are 16.5lbs....

Damn decisions!
I need to have this figured out within the next couple weeks....

I need to see more pics of the 17" OZ's mounted on e36s.

There is no dish at all on the OZ's, that's why this is such a hard choice for me.

BBS RK's
The Good:
- they have a lip
- they're silver (easier to repair in case of rash)

The bad:
- they look kinda plain

OZ Superleggera's
The Good:
- they're lighter
- they're cheaper
- I like the edgy look to them
- I like how the anthracite contrasts to the Madeira Violet of my car.

The bad:
- no lip
- "they belong on a VW"
- if they get scratched it's going to be a pain to refinish

lol, wow, that wheel wouldn't fit unless I cut my fenders off!

This is the OZ I'm thinking of, same wheel, but one piece and no lip. 17x8"

Also, keeping the my current Altstadt's isn't an option.

I believe the OZ's in the pic are 18" though.

I don't think they come in 5x120 fitment of the bmw.....plus I've pretty much set my heart on either the RK or the Superleggeras.

The only other wheel I may consider is the ASA FR1, and that's only cause they're available in 17x9" and have a lip. (17x8 on 245's front and 17x9 rear on 255 would be nice!) but I dunno yet.
