there was one at bimmerfest these year and it was alot nicer then this one,but this one is nice too,just not the wing though....

That is an absolutely disgusting looking 2002.
What I wanna know is that cam cover. Looks like a cross between something along the lines of a hacked up 3.8L S38 cover.

Rudy, I think it's an S14, appears to be DOHC. And yes, I think it's gross, looks like a VW front end on it and if the spoiler was any bigger it would take off.
