I just picked up a 89 325is or so I thought..

We agreed to $350 verbally. I gave him $200 on saturday and said I'd give him the other $150 on thursday.He kept the keys till thusday but I have the ownership..

So I tried to call him on thusday to say I wont make it but got no answer.

I showed up today to give him the cash and he tells me he sold it to someone else cause I was 2 days late..

So he calls the guy who supposedly is buying it to tell him to forget it.Then tell me he wants $200 more cause I wasted his time..

So right now I've paid $200 bucks for 5 15" wheels and cluster.

What an idiot..

I do but it's not worth it.. I'm thinking cause I have the owner ship I own the car so I might just go tow it away..

Give him the original agreed amount (force him to take it) and take / tow the car. If he signed the ownership (i assume) and you pay him the agreed amount, legally the contract is complete.

That's true. If it's signed, it's yours. According to my insurance and the MTO....

I think you should tell him you had an agreement and put some pressure on him and he should cave. Threaten to sue him, that always scares people.
