I would still easily lose to a 335Ci at the track if the driver really knows how to launch his/her car. I have been to the drag strip once, and its a real art to get all the power down consistently.

So true. Looks far easier than it is to run a good time on the track, but that's the fun of it. Every time you line up, you try and beat your last time!
