Looking like a gorgeous rebuild - I love it when people take the time to make the parts look as good as they work, internals included.

What size turbo is that? Did you fabricate the turbo header? Looks good...

Yeah those are just IM runners not ITB's... how are you going to setup the plenum, I see you have the stacks in there or at least that's how it looks...

The IC looks a little, beat, one or two bent fins. How is the inlet/outlet config setup I can see it's probably facing the engine - you gonna run the pipes under the rad support?

I love seeing the progress of a car - any car - being assembled and created. Good work.

Thanks
Turbo is a WH1C with an 18cm2 housing from an HX35. Manifold was made by buddy.
The plenum is gonna be a round 4 inch tube, I'm keeping the design simple for the first mani.
I'll post some pics of the IC when its done...and for 120 bucks I can't complaint about a few bent fins.

Is the engine stock internally?

Did you swap the IS head on the ETA bottom end?

They will take boost. With the ETA bottom end, it lowers the compression. Low compression + Turbo = happy engine.

The reliability and durability of the setup will depend on proper tunning. As long as the motor is tunned right this setup should be very reliable for about 15-18 psi. That much boost with proper setup will give you about 350-400 wheel horse power, which is really good considering that its only a single cam 12 valve motor and all the parts are OEM.

The only downside to that is, it is more likely to suffer from engine failure in a mishap.

I'm gonna be using a stock "I" pressure plate with Clutchnet's 6 puck sprung disc.
