if you have a side grinder, cut it to a square that is easy to make a template cut it out of metail and tack one side, then work your way over with tacks hammering it down little by little to get your contour, i just had to do this on my car. but a bit bigger and in the front passenger corner behind the wheel.

thats where mine is. By the time I grind out the rust and metal to an even size, the hole is going to be the size of africa . I'll see what I can do though. Thanks for the tips.
