FS: Mint 1996 ///M3 Alpine/Modena

Well, as much as it pains me to do it, the race car/truck/trailer/tires/brakes, etc is really putting a crimp in my budget, so the Good Twin has to go. The car is MINT MINT MINT ... California car, NO RUST, NO WINTERS, NO ACCIDENTS, NO TRACK! Here are the details, and the list of very tasteful mods:

Factory Options
-Alpine white, MODENA interor
-Electric Sunroof
-Heated Vader Seats
-Cruise Control
-Full On board Computer (fully working, no dead pixels)
-HK Package (though replaced by now)

Maintenance
-100% of all records, period (from original bill of sale, to every oil change)
-Mobil 1 used during all oil changes
-A complete “preventative” cooling system replacement. Anybody who knows these cars knows the value of being pro-active with the cooling system. New radiator (Behr), water pump (composite impeller), thermostat (with aluminum housing), belts, hoses and BMW coolant just installed.
-New spark plugs cabin micro-filter and valve cover gasket set recently installed.
-Leatherique cleaner/rejuvenator used on leather
-Most original parts included

Suspension:
-E46 RSMs w/ Z3 Reinforcement plates
-Shocks Koni SA's
-Eibach Springs
-BMW X-Brace
-Ireland Engineering poly RTABs

Engine
-ECIS CAI
-URI UDP
-Fan Delete
-Spal Electric Fan
-Supersprint SS DTM exhaust
-Custom air filter with C.A.R.B. sticker
-Shark Injector (included)

-UCC Tranny mounts and enforcers
-UCC Big Boy Clutch Stop
-Redline D4 ATF Fluid and 75W90 LSD Fluid in diff

Exterior

-UUC clutch pedal bushings
-Current mileage is 89,xxx miles (~143,xxx kms)

The exterior has some rock chips and minor blemished (not dents), but has NEVER been painted ... all original. Interior is nearly perfect, with some light wear on the front seats. I have about 5 boxes full of the OEM parts (lights, etc.) if you ever want to return it to stock. Car was purchased in 2005, shipped to Canada, and is fully legal and registered. Certified and E-tested, of course. I will take a bunch more pics once I wash it

Price: $21,500

Let the low balling begin (though of course it will be ignored )

I believe the answer to that one is money in his wallet.

That car is among the nicest E36 M3s I've seen for sale this side of the border.

Good luck with the sale!

Well, I knew it would be quick ... sad to see it go. The car is sold. Hope the new owner enjoys it as much as I did!

Wow, that was quick, but I knew it would be. To be honest, I think you were asking far too little for that condition with the perfect taste mods.

Did you even have any chance to receive any rediculous PM lowballs from some guy who once saw an M3 that looked fast and blue with 250,000kms and an ebay CAI in it that was selling for $14,000 so he'll give you $14.5k???

Thanks dude. The first guy to see and drive it bought it on the spot, for the asking price. I got one ridiculous low ball ... I won't say who it was

The car is staying in Ottawa with a fellow track guy (not for track use!) so I'll still see it around ... I'll miss driving it though!

Cool, yeah I guess so. I have a 96 US car too it's Estoril on Black which is a pretty rare combo like your Alp/Modena. It's up to about 74,000kms and I'd have to sell a kidney on the black market before parting with it.
