running new wires and more

ok, I want to use existing original speakers, rear ,front and door tweets, going to put in new headunit and 300 watt amp and run all new wires. do i need a crossover for the front tweets or is one already there.

for what car?

crossover is typically built into the mid. so therefore would be already there.

i am putting the speakers from my 89 325i into my 84 318i. so it sounds like i can run the new wire to the speakers and just run the wire from the mid to the tweet and not have to worry about a crossover. sound right?
