I have for sale a 98 Forester AWD. Auto, 2.5L DOHC. 280K on the body, 80K on engine. No rust! Original paint, very clean interior. Winter tires, new battery, oil, plugs etc etc. Bush bar in front. Power windows, mirrors, locks, A/C. Roof rack. Perfect all season, all road vehicle! Asking $5900 cert and e-tested, obo as is. (they go for $6500 on average)

the engine had a blown head gasket. was replaced with a jdm spec 2.5l forester engine

It was the common head gasket problem with those cars, i just did a full head rebuild on my 96 Outback. When that problem is solved, those cars are tanks! I use mine for heavy towing (2 tons +) all the time!
