Completly undetectable.
Stalker VG4's will be eventually upgradeable to catch them, but for now, they're undetectable.
yes, that's awesome.
yes, i tried to organize a GB last year, fell through.
yes, i've used one. I've only used 2 radar detectors, a Valentine V1 hardwired setup, and the STI.
Both were amazing, although here in canada, the V1 is useless.

Yes. BUT only with the police cars with a radar-detector-detector.
I have a Beltronics Vector 995, and even though it's detectable, I have driven beside police, and they didn't know. It was even plugged in and stuck to my windshield. It's all about knowing WHERE to use it, and to be a little more cautious when looking for police. It only works when the officer is using radar though. I remember one "spirited drive" I hit 230km, and was spotted by an OPP. I had my radar detector plugged in at the time too, it didn't beep once. It has saved my ass on a few occasions though.
But there is a danger with the STI... false confidence. Even if police don't detect it, if they have visual confirmation of one, they can pull you over and search your entire car for it.

No FI?.... that will definatly limit you.
Suppose no engine swap either.
Then NOS & alot of weight reduction only things I can think performance wise not already in your list other then exhaust, but it's not that restictive in a 328 just heavy.
You may come into more problems NOT doing the fan delete.
Just try to bend a fan blade every oil chang or so, when the fan is about to fly apart destroying everything under the hood, the fan blades will easily break off being so brittle kinda like the force needed to snap a tooth pick in two.

Captain's chair swivel seats. (but not with this interior)
I did a quick glance back up there, carbon fibre hood? I know you used to have one. Still got it?
What about 6speed transmission swap from the euro m3s?

Boots - nope, the CF hood is gone. When i got rear ended, the hood was a little warped. It didn't crack, and i could've fixed it i suppose, but i didn't think i could get it to be 100%, so i just got a OEM hood.
To be honest, unless you're getting a CF hood for like 250$, IMO its not worth it. Its a paint in the ass in some ways.

outside of the fact that u can't use the hood shocks i have no complaints about mine, i never do anything special for it. I'd get another one if I were you, dark e36s look good with them.
Heres something else i just thought of, depending on what performance driving you do, could get a guage pod.
Or a CarPC to get rid of that laptop, thats what i wanna do.
