I have no clue how to edit my old posts

i need help, when i look at an old post and want to edit it all the options i have are the "quote" one.

I need to alter older posts, any help is appreciated

This is the only forum that I've ever been on that does not allow editing of posts after an insanely short period of time (30 mins?).

You can delete posts, but again only during that short time frame.
