salt eating my Rims????

hey guys i have a couple of questions about my rims that i had to install about 2 weeks ago when it was very bad weather. every two days i would go to a coin car wash and rinse the rims with warm water. but today i went to a car wash because there was alot of dirt on the rims, and i found out that theres little white spots that dont want to come off. its on the lip on the front rims and at the deep dish at the back. the lips are polished. can anyone give me any suggestions on how to remove those marks, and why it happened>? or do i have to try harder into cleaning the rims? u can only see the spots from very close. plzz help

ok my situation i think is much worser lol, but the thing is nothing happened the middle of the rims to the spokes, but just the lips and the back dishes, but yesterday i went to look for that stuff, and i found two kinds. one was called EagleOne Anti-corrosion polisher, and there was a blue one i forgot the name, but it was all blue and only one was left and it looked pretty old. tommorow i will buy both and try them. by the way JMW i was thinking of chromeing out my spokes in the rims in the summer, you know where i can get this done?

dont do it!!!!
if anythin black ure rims out..and polish the lips...
any wheel place can do it..and most performance shops will send them off...
pm randy..his name on here is EMPOWERD
his shop can send ure rims off..they can even fix them if the polish stuff i told u to use doesnt work...
and trust me. my situation was worse..the strut bar was a dull metal and new was polished ...sooo the stuff i used took all the dullness off..left a nice shine...i think the stuff is called nu blue or somethin..the stuff ure talkin bout sounds like it...even though it looks old dont worry it will worl amazing

Get Flitz ball at Wally world or try nevr dull (blue can)

Good luck and let us know how it turns out.

BTW, have you tried to take off the spots with your fingers or a rag or just the spray wash?
