DPE's The Good the Bad and The Ugly??

My DPE's (Bluesky's old rims) drain rain water fairly well, it takes a massive down pour (had a few last summer) to result in minimal vibration, no biggie for myself but i'd hesitate to have someone else drive them in a heavy rainfall.
