1. It is a 6 speed, but all the information I find says only the '04s and UP came with 6 speed.
2. Is this car LSD? What is the final drive ratio?
I'm looking at leaseing it from Overseas Motors in Windsor.
I have 2003 330i with 6 speed manual as well. 330i’s produced after March 2003 (I think) come with 6 speed manual.
All (except ZHP) 330s have 2.93 final drive and open differential. In fact, all E46 BMWs apart from M3 have open differential.
ZHP package got a bit higher final drive (3.07) and that was the main reason for it’s faster acceleration. More aggressive cam and software does not even yield 10 WHP.
