Of course it'll work, its the same strut. Only difference might be IF either had a sport package on it, but it would still work and fit the same. The cars weigh the exact same. The 320 is the exact same as any other 6cyl E36 with the exception that it has the smaller diff in the rear (like the one from a 318).



EDIT: It won't work if the 325 is a 92 and has the crappy suspension. You would need to do the suspension update in order to make it work. I believe the sway is mounted to the to the shock tower, like the M3's and another difference as well!
