The M5 is not uncompromising. After all, its a driving machine, not a cruiser, like many Mercedes. The CLS is much more expensive. As amazing as the CLS is, the M5 is my choice.

I don't remember how much the CLS55 was, but the price differences might be closer here in Canada.


I'd still take a CLS 55 in black on black.

Ok, so I exagerated the price difference. The CLS is a stunning car. I'm just surprised that review puts it as being better than the M5.

I would take it the CLS over the M5 also. Even though the new M5 is a sweet car, there are alot of other high powered 4 door rockets I would rather have. The price diff is not really an issue, if you can afford an M5, you can afford a CSL55 or 63 as it is now.
