strut tower bar

anyone know WHY this won't fit an IS or 318 E36?

http://www.procarparts.com/store-det...=onlinestoreDB

There's a local guy here looking to sell one, and I'm interested, but want to make sure it fits first. Thanks in advance for the help guys!

most likely a clearance issue. much like most strut bars wont work on my car because i have traction control, so i have to get one that works around it.

^^^traction control = ASC ?

weird how it would fit a sedan though, wouldn't all the accessories be in the same spots for coupes and sedans? I guess not, weird.

Rogue makes great products, so I would expect the same from this. I happen to be running their RSMs right now, and they seem to be working great.

On 318 I think its the intake manifold it will not clear. That bar will work on cars without asc, pre 96.
