Shame Moment !!!

So as i come out from the restaraunt with my friend i sit in my "beautifull" car )it was parked just in 2 Meters from the restaraunt) i put my key in and press start button. What happens next is funny (or shame to BMWs) It makes three strange noises "prkh" - "Khrp" - "hrpt" and it shuts down, i'm like okay i should press the button harder! So i press it harder same thing! at second time as it shuts down, people near restaraunt start laughing at me and giving me that crazy looks like hey, this is brand new 745i and it won't start what the hell, anyway after more few times it started and i left from there as fast as i could, still it took me 5 times to start the CAR,

DEAR REPRESENTETIVES READING THE BOARD, REPLY TO ME IF YOU CAN, IS IT A NORMAL SITUATION FOR A PERSON HAVING SUCH VALUABLE CAR, TO GET EMBERESED AND TO START IT 5 TIMES? DUH, right now i'm tottaly pissed...and i', 100% sure that now i WILL change the car!!!! THIS IS JUST NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR SUCH A HIGH PRICE !!!

Well they said, we glad that you bought our product blablabla, BMW always looking forward to take care after their valuable customers, blablablabla, but it doesn't mean that the car won't need any service blablabla....smth like that....

wow this is awfull, i cant beleive BMW put such a car un the market with out alot of testing.. its like they did a redisgn and put parts togather and sold it..

isnt there testing involved in cars?

wow i cant beleive youve had more problems then ANYONE on this board... infact my 97 crapalier had less problems then yours.. and yours is brand new... see ever since my car gave me shit i turned my back on chevys! infact i wanted to turn my head on all american cars, but i end up with a jeep.. hehe not bad...

anyways im surprised your not saying F BMW and switching over to merc. S55 would serve you better.. shame on them, i cant see why they havnt givin you a new car.

This is because BMW is always pushed to be first with new technologies.

My friend is a service advisor for bmw and the 745 he brought by he was testing that night for the same problem you were experiencing. The 2002 745i would not always start so they put a new ignition switch in and hopefully that will fix it.

Good luck with your new beautiful car, there is nothing else like it in the world besides a maybach of course. You are certainly priveledges to own such a vehicle.

go order the damn E55 AMG.. my friend just ordered it last week....! yes, his , not his parents...and hte same would go for you.. the E55 is where it's at!

I am #5 on the list for E55, i'll probably get it i guess...had lot's of benzes no problems....and E55 is almost year away, my delaer told me first E55 they expect end of summer closer to spetember.
