Yes, and even smilies won't work, they have slightly different buckets (US and Euro's), not to mention that E30 buckets don't fit (obviously).

H1's, and go for 4300, they look simply awesome in the euro housings. Completely stock, but TONS of light everywhere.

actualy they will be fine, I've looked into it, they are roughly 2-2.5 times as bright has halogen's so that's fine. I plan to do 5000k in the highs, and 3000k in the fogs. Here is a pic of 10,000k with 3000k fogs on an E46:

here is 10,000k on a Honda Pilot:

A bit about 10,000k:

10000K has an approximately 2200lm output, which is more than 2x the light output of the traditional halogen light. 10000K produces a deep blue light output approaching violet and the blue is noticeably deeper than the 8000K.

Congrats on the car. A very good buddy of mine had that car with the same colour, given to him by his well to do brother. Instead of maintaining it, he bought an '06 Civic. Bastard!

I agree with Paul. its what I woulda done too is get 5000k but the 6000k came up at the right time for the right price so i couldnt pass it up. Now 2nd problem. you say 5000k for the highs. u know its not good to use em for the highs... as its gonna take a long time to get HIDs up to temp, so then u loose the capability to flash ppl. and its bad to flash HID bulbs too...

it's just a thought, I will see I think once I get the HID's in, I know I want 3000k in the fogs though.

seriously sean, 10,000k is just a visual upgrade, doesn't really improve the lighting performance much. if you want blue, go for 6000k, it's a good compromise.
