Hey I might have missed it but what kind of suspension did you go with?

I never liked the look of the smoked reflector corners I preferred the normal clears and clear sides. Unfortunatly though my car was sold before I could get a chance to take the stock taillights off and put in clear rears.

Anyway keep us updated on the progress.

I have the H&R Sport and Bilstein Sport's in there. Makes such a difference and the car on the track and auto-X is awesome

Seems to be a really good setup for the car.

I have the new rims on now, and will post pics once I get home.

Ah, leave them on. Gives the car more of a unique look, and makes people (like me) wonder.

Hey while on the topic (sorta), what do you think, some people have been telling me I should debadge it, what are your thoughts man?

I'm almost positive I'm going to debadge mine. I think it looks much cleaner. Go for it!

I still worry a bit about faded paint, and thus an outline of where the badge used to be. But most people say this isn't an issue.

Lol ... was joking with Ado at the cruise about taking off the 740i and putting 2002 or M3 in it's place. Haha, but before I get flames thrown at me ... rest assured, I'm NOT going to do this!!

Ooooh, GB ... I was wondering what you meant .. gigabyte, Green Bay, glove box, gastric bypass ... I could go on ... but I think you mean group buy.

That's a good question man. I posted an update in the original thread late last week. Bimmian still hasn't gotten back to me with pricing, dispite me contacting them a couple times to follow up. I was really hoping to have things sorted out before the cruise, but that obviously didn't happen. I wish I had more to tell you. I'm starting to fear that the warnings a few people gave about Bimmian are more the case than not. If it was just me I'd walk away, the interest in the gb was pretty good though, so I'm hoping that we don't have to disappoint everyone.
