Aston Martin for Sale

So, Ford is going to sell Aston Martin. Do you think BMW is suitable to buy?

BMW said that they didnt want Aston Martin

Supposedly no large automaker is in the bidding, just privatiers. Hopefully it will go to someone who will respect the companies history and maintain it

Now wouldn't THAT be a nightmare: Chris Bangle ruining Aston Martin. Thank god BMW doesn't want em. I'd hate to see Aston Martin cars get turned into garbage like the new 6 series.

The most ignorant comment I've seen here yet. Perhaps you should do some research on Chris Bangle and his positive influence on competitors' designs, such as the Mercedes S Class and the Toyota Camry.

LOL! I don't care what that clown influenced. And if thats the most ignorant comment on Max, then I'm a talking pink elephant. I stand by my comment. Astons are by far the sexiest cars ever built, and they don't deserve to be mentioned in the same breath as Chris Bangle.

Short list of bidders includes private equity groups Permira Advisers LLP, Doughty Hanson & Co. and Magna International Inc., Canada's biggest maker of auto parts.

Remember, BMW owns rolls royce.

and they did an excellent job on the phantom.

So, no it wouldn't be a nightmare.

But different rims. Dont get me wrong, i understand the appeal of rolls royce rims. They do, in a way, suit the car. However, i dont like them.

Sanj, i'm in for a pack of silver rizzla king size, a few 20's i found in my room when i was cleaning yesterday, and half pack of dumauier extra lights.

Don't you mean, I love the phantom, but I'd never drive it? Cuz that's how I feel. Its too "old guy'ish"
