Aftermarket Head Unit Wiring

I just got an aftermarket hu but I'm going to stick with the factory speakers at this time.

Should I still run the oem speakers through the existing oem amp or dirctly from my deck (52w x 4)? How much power is the oem amp anyway?

I also got an Infinity sub which specifies 0.6 cubic feet for volume of a sealed enclosure. Does the shape of that enclosure matter? For example, more rectangular as opposed to square?

Yeah, I got the wiring harness and just finished hooking it all up.

Would I get better performance from the stock speakers if I powered them from my new deck through a crossover instead of the oe amp which is only 15watts?

if you run them of the new deck rewire to the deck not to the stock amp,so run it to the stock for now, then redo it later on...

Yes, that's exactly what i have done. Will it be a lot better sound bypassing the stock amp? What kind of crossover would you recommend? Active/passive, and particular brand?
